Lic. Christian Mancebo
Christian holds a Master’s degree in International law from American University in Washington, DC., and a law degree from Universidad Anahuac in Mexico City, both focused on international business law.
In 2004 Christian led the very first Cross Border Mortgage Program in Latin America for Mexicans living in the US and Canada which was backed by the Mexican Government. Followed by 2005 when he opened the first law office in Canada specialized in Cross Border Mortgages for Mexican and Canadian citizens buying properties in Mexico.
Further, in 2005 he opened Mexico Title, a boutique law firm based in Puerto Vallarta Mexico, focused mainly on real estate closings and consulting services for foreigners and expats. ,
Christian is fluent in Spanish and English.
Lic. Eduardo Sanchez Garcia Real
Eduardo Sanchez is an attorney specializing in cross border real estate transactions. Eduardo Sanchez attended Law School at the University of the Americas-Puebla where he obtained his law degree and a specialization in international law.
Eduardo has worked for law firms in Mexico City specializing in international commerce and foreign investment with special focus on NAFTA partners.
Eduardo joined First American Title Insurance Company as an underwriting attorney in 2002, after which he was promoted to Sales Manager for the Latin America Division of said company. During this tenure at First American Eduardo was involved in numerous real estate transactions both on the commercial and residential level as well as managing client relations and emerging market development.
Eduardo was the founding partner of Mexico Title in Puerto Vallarta, a law firm focusing on consultation for foreign nationals purchasing property in Mexico.
Eduardo has been involved on a partnership and management level with several real estate developments in the Riviera Maya area and has extensive knowledge on the property conveyance procedure in Mexico.
